– Breakfast is served from 6.30AM to 10.00AM at Saturday Café on the 2nd floor.
– Room with breakfast plan includes breakfast for only 2 persons
– 0 to 3 years old: free
– 4 to 11 years old: 100 Baht/night
– 11 years old up: 150 Baht/night
– An extra bed is available for our guests. However, one room is fit for only 1 extra bed and there is an additional charge of 800 THB per person per night.
– All Guest must be 18 years or older with a valid photo identification or passport to check-in into a room.
– To check-in, guests must provide a cash deposit of 1,000 Baht or any currency equals to 1000 Baht per room. If there is no additional charge to the room charge, the 1000-Baht deposit will be returned to the guest immediately after the guest check out.
– We accept international credit cards for prepayment and reservation guarantees. Please note that the credit card used to reserve a prepaid rate must be presented upon check-in. All payment must be paid at check-in.
– There is a half day charge applied to an early check-in between 6 AM to 12 PM. However, an early check-in is based on the hotel availability.
– There is a charge for late check-out. A half-day charge is applied to a late check-out between 12 PM to 6 PM. A full-day charge is applied to a late check-out after 6 PM. However, the late check-out is based on the hotel availability on that date.

– For any cancellation, amendment, or modification up to 3 days before the reservation check-in date, only 7% of the reservation will be charged as a administration fee. The remaining balance will be returned to the guest.
– For any cancellation, amendment, or modification within 0 to 3 days of the reservation check-in date, 100 percent of the first night will be charged plus 7% of administration fee.
– For a no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged plus 7% of administration fee.
– For a non-refundable booking, any amendment or modification is not allowed.
– The hotel is not allowed guests to bring durian into our property. A 2000-Baht charge will be applied to any guest who violates the durian policy.
– A 2000-Baht cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy and smokes in any area of Spenza Hotel. A 5000-Baht fine will be charged to guest who sets off the fire alarm.
– Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
